How well do you cope with change? And what is your go-to thing which makes you feel better during this time?
For me, it’s been journaling. I love this process. Very grateful that I have this one medium which is not dependent on anyone. It requires purely my time. It’s my escape route when I feel overwhelmed. I pour my emotions to these pages. It’s cathartic:)
These days I don’t like going through my previous journals ,it makes me aware of how few things have not changed yet. That is okay too. Patience is the key. Maybe it has changed in ways I can’t fathom.. Attitude is gradually changing and hopefully the content in my journals as well!
