Hope.. the one who continues to hold your hand tightly and makes you believe to just go on. It’s amazing how our brain pacifies us during our difficult times through the feeling of hope. At times we do find help but on the times we don’t, I always pat myself on the back(figuratively speaking) for finding a tiny glimmer of hope by myself!
Life is difficult.
This is a great truth, one of the greatest truths. It is a great truth because once we truly see this truth, we transcend it. Once we truly know that life is difficult-once we truly understand and accept it-then life is no longer difficult. Because once it is accepted, the fact that life is difficult no longer matters. The Road Less Traveled by M.Scott Peck
This knowledge has helped me to be optimistic and accept the difficulties of life. To be hopeful. Moreover when I look back on my growth curve, I find it fun to realize how I am still walking, running or even crawl at times through various situations. It’s fun to know different techniques that will help you to cope and shed a negative thought pattern. It might seem like that “fun” is not being put to use in a right context.. but to each his own right?!
