Day 68: Stability

How do you go on upgrading yourself? So continuing with my new found hope, I find myself being a little excited about my day.. which is a good sign. Meanwhile, My mental health rejoices!

I have been on clubhouse for sometime now and only recently I have found amazing content to listen to. One of the rooms were discussing on anxiety and mental health issues, which was being hosted by Mental health professionals. It was a space filled with help, no judgements and hope. Being in the glittery world of social media, I have overlooked the humanness of people. Listening to the mental health issues over there, I could relate and feel a sense of solidarity.

The solutions given were so helpful, it gave a fresh perspective on positive attitude, not the one where you have to be positive all the time but an attitude to face the reality and give yourself the strength to heal yourself.

Our broken parts demand healing from time to time. Whether we like it or not, we have to give ourselves the privilege of acceptance and patience. That’s just what has helped in my journey.

No matter how much I try to justify myself that there’s a silver lining, I accept that Adulting is hard. There’s no escape from the to-do lists and the anxiousness of what next?! But there’s a possibility to uplift oneself and I stand for it.

  1. I wish there was a shortcut or secret to adulting, I’d share it with you. But you and I, are on the same boat. I am happy you found something on clubhouse. While I am on it, I haven’t had the chance to check it yet πŸ™‚ but please know, this too shall pass. Amazing photograph, btw!
